For those who have Mass Health, we do take Network Health and Celticare if you choose to enroll with them through Mass Health.

Notes:

Please note, if you have Network Health, they will randomly reassign you to another physician during the re-registration process if you don't choose Dr. Hamawi each time your re-register with them and we will not be able to see you. We highly adivse that you call them prior to each visit to be sure Dr. Hamawi is selected as your primary care physician.

If you have an HMO, please be sure that Dr. Hamawi is selected as your primary care physician or else we will not be able to see you.
